The Fellowship of Awakening- February 19, 2014

Teachers of God,

We are placing the final cornerstone today on the Altar of our Heart. The final stone is an "I AM' statement, the final of five in the first 50 and it's apotheosis.
This week began with "God is my Source" and is ending with 'I Am Sustained by the Love of God." Gentle consistent pointing to the truth is a tried and true method. These are the lessons:

43. God is my source: I cannot see apart from Him.

44. God is the Light in which I see.

45. God is the Mind in which I think.

46. God is the Love in which I forgive.

47. God is the Strength in which I trust.

48. There is nothing to fear.

49. God's Voice speaks to me all through the day.

50. I am sustained by the Love of God.

God is beating my heart and breathing my lungs. I do not have experience outside of this grace of existence. When I surrender to this knowing I experience this moment clearly. Right now is clear and bright, true and simple to understand. I share the mind that knows all and has all knowledge. When I enter this moment I experience the Love I Am and expand the knowledge of forgiveness to all I encounter. I know this moment as an expression of my strength and my safety. I trust the Mind I share with God. Fear is an illusion and temptation to leave the presence of my One True Self. I listen to and speak only the words of my highest understanding as I align with my heart and breath in this one eternal moment.

We are on Chapter 6: The Lessons of Love this week. You might remember this chapter from last year. We talked about the stages of awakening. They are "To Give All, Have All' which is an understanding that giving and receiving are one. It's supposed to get us to turn toward the truth or the light. The second phase is "To have Peace, Teach Peach to Learn it." which is tells us that no matter what our vocation it will be about teaching peace in some way. The last of the three is "Be vigilant only for God and His Kingdom" which is an injunction to practice the Truth. This time around we're going to be looking at something that keeps us away from these three things: ATTACK! We're going to look at "The Relinquishment of Attack". It has alot to say about the kind of teacher we're becoming. What are you learning? What are you spreading around? What are you affirming and what are you denying?

Explanation of Images:

We frighten ourselves as a result of our ignorance about ourselves and the world we live in. Do you know what habits of mind you’ve developed that derail your peace of mind? Do we know the ways in which we support our own anxiety laden lives? When we do we have learned what the ego had to teach us: what is not true. When learn the lessons of the Holy Spirit, our Godlike mind, we learn about our purpose and about our place in this wonderful world. We expand the safety and peace around us to included everyone and everything and the world responds and reflects the truth of our peace. We can learn what love is and live in that relationship or we can teach suffering. What world do you want to experience?
